Where We Ship

Currently, Trek2Tiny Studio only ships to the contiguous United States, consisting of the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia.

Order Processing

Processing time for standard orders is estimated at 1-4 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Post Office and estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days. These time frames are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for postal delivery delays or issues with USPS. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.

Lost or Damaged Order

Trek2Tiny Studio encourages all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering prior to opening package and take pictures of any issues. Trek2Tiny Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. Trek2Tiny Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
